This website is operated by MyTableCovers.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MyTableCovers.com. MyTableCovers.com offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time, subject to applicable law.
Credit card information is encrypted during transmission over networks as provided by our payment and ecommerce service providers.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, specifications, pricing, and other information; however, errors or omissions may occur.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time without obligation to update previously published information, except as required by applicable law.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, services, pricing, promotions, or content at any time, subject to orders already accepted by MyTableCovers.com and applicable law.
SECTION 4A – PRICING, PROMOTIONS, AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all pricing, product information, promotions, discounts, coupons, and special offers are accurate and current. However, errors may occur.
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by MyTableCovers.com.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order if:

A pricing error exists;

Incorrect product information is displayed;

An unauthorized, expired, or invalid promotion has been applied;

Product information contains typographical, administrative, technical, calculation, or publishing errors; or

The order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.
If an order is canceled by MyTableCovers.com due to a pricing, publishing, or product information error before fulfillment, any applicable payment received for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Submission of an order does not constitute final acceptance. Orders are subject to review and confirmation by MyTableCovers.com.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be subject to quantity limitations.
MyTableCovers.com sells custom-printed, personalized, made-to-order, and customer-specific products, as well as certain non-custom products such as frames, hardware, accessories, replacement parts, and components.
Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, tablets, proofs, and other screens may differ from final printed products.
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, configurations, and availability may change without notice.
All purchases are subject to our Refund, Return & Shipping Policy.
SECTION 5A – FINAL SALE; RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final.
Except as expressly provided in our Refund, Return & Shipping Policy for a confirmed manufacturing defect, production error, or order error attributable to MyTableCovers.com, products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This Final Sale Policy applies to custom and non-custom products and to both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions.
A manufacturing defect, production error, or order error does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Claims and available remedies are governed by the Refund, Return & Shipping Policy in effect at the time of the order.
SECTION 5B – SIZE, FIT AND COMPATIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all product dimensions, sizing information, specifications, configurations, models, components, and compatibility before placing an order.
If a customer orders the wrong size, model, frame, hardware, accessory, replacement part, component, configuration, or other product, or if a product does not fit or is incompatible with the customer's table, display, frame, equipment, hardware, intended application, or other existing product because of the customer's selection, this does not constitute a manufacturing defect or production error.
Products ordered in the incorrect size, model, configuration, or specification, or products that are incompatible with the customer's intended application due to the customer's selection, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing frames, hardware, accessories, replacement parts, or components intended for use with an existing product.
If you are unsure which product, size, model, configuration, or component is appropriate, please contact MyTableCovers.com before placing your order.
SECTION 5C – ARTWORK AND PROOF APPROVALS
Custom orders requiring artwork approval require approval of a digital proof prior to production.
By approving a proof, the customer accepts responsibility for all visible elements, including layout, spelling, grammar, colors, graphics, sizing, and placement.
Once a proof is approved, MyTableCovers.com shall not be responsible for errors or omissions visible on the approved proof.
Approval of a proof authorizes MyTableCovers.com to proceed with production.
SECTION 5D – ART CHANGES AFTER ORDER
If an order has not yet entered production, MyTableCovers.com will make reasonable efforts to accommodate artwork change requests. Artwork changes may result in additional production time, additional charges, or both.
For purposes of these Terms, production shall be deemed to begin when an order is released internally for manufacturing, printing, cutting, sewing, fabrication, finishing, assembly, packaging, or another production-related process, as determined by MyTableCovers.com.
Once an order has entered production, artwork changes are no longer possible and the order may not be canceled.
All cancellations shall be governed by the Refund, Return & Shipping Policy in effect at the time of the order.
SECTION 5E – CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Custom-printed, personalized, made-to-order, and customer-specific products are manufactured specifically for the customer and may be subject to reasonable production variations.
Minor variations in color, size, placement, alignment, sewing, finishing, material texture, and overall appearance are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Customers acknowledge and accept these inherent manufacturing variations.
SECTION 5F – CUSTOMER ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers represent and warrant that they possess all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to use submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, and other materials.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTableCovers.com from claims arising from customer-supplied content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 5G – CUSTOMER LOGOS AND BRAND ASSETS
Customer-provided logos, trademarks, brand assets, and other artwork shall be reproduced substantially as supplied and as shown in the approved proof.
To preserve the integrity of customer branding, MyTableCovers.com does not modify, recolor, redraw, vectorize, recreate, or otherwise alter customer-provided logos or artwork unless the customer expressly requests such modifications in writing and MyTableCovers.com agrees to perform them.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by the customer, all customer-provided logos and artwork will be produced using the original artwork, colors, gradients, effects, and design elements contained in the files submitted by the customer.
Color specifications, including PMS, Pantone®, CMYK, RGB, HEX, or other color references, provided by the customer shall apply only to artwork created or modified by MyTableCovers.com unless the customer expressly requests that customer-provided logos or artwork also be modified to conform to those color specifications.
If modification of customer-provided logos or artwork is requested, additional artwork preparation, vectorization, recreation, color conversion, or customer approval may be required before production.
MyTableCovers.com shall not be responsible for color differences, image quality limitations, embedded color values, resolution limitations, transparency effects, gradients, raster artwork, or other characteristics inherent in customer-supplied files when such files are reproduced as submitted.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Customers agree to provide complete, current, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information submitted with their order, including billing information, shipping addresses, product selections, quantities, sizes, and configurations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools may be made available through the Site. Such tools are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party providers.
MyTableCovers.com does not control and is not responsible for third-party tools except to the extent required by applicable law.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services.
MyTableCovers.com is not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, services, privacy practices, or transactions conducted through third-party websites.
SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other non-confidential submissions to MyTableCovers.com, you authorize us to use such submissions for legitimate business purposes without compensation, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Customer artwork, logos, trademarks, and other customer-owned intellectual property are not considered unrestricted feedback under this section.
SECTION 10 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information submitted through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on our Site or in our Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, availability, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or modify orders as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site or Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or disruptive activities or in violation of applicable law.
SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as expressly stated by MyTableCovers.com in writing and subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, products, services, content, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTableCovers.com's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to any order, product, service, transaction, claim, dispute, or customer relationship shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or products giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTableCovers.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including missed events, lost business opportunities, sponsorship obligations, travel expenses, replacement purchases, venue costs, advertising expenses, or similar losses.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTableCovers.com and its affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
We may terminate or restrict access to the Site or Services if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations arising from orders or transactions completed or entered into before termination.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies and other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between the customer and MyTableCovers.com concerning use of the Site, Services, and applicable transactions.
SECTION 17A – INCORPORATED POLICIES
The Refund, Return & Shipping Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, artwork approval requirements, production guidelines, and any additional policies expressly applicable to an order are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the agreement between the customer and MyTableCovers.com.
For matters specifically addressed by the Refund, Return & Shipping Policy, including cancellations, returns, exchanges, defects, claims, remedies, and refunds, the Refund, Return & Shipping Policy shall govern, subject to applicable law.
For matters specifically concerning shipping methods, carrier services, and shipping procedures, the Shipping Policy shall govern, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws provide otherwise.
SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time.
Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms with respect to continued use of the Site.
Orders already placed remain subject to the terms and policies applicable to the transaction, except where otherwise required by law.
SECTION 20 – PRODUCTION TIMES INFORMATION
Production times vary by product and service level.
Promotional Products: Typically 3–6 business days.
Apparel and Uniforms: Typically 10–12 business days.
Any product-specific production time displayed on the applicable product page, quote, order confirmation, or written communication may supersede these general estimates for that product or order.
Production times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing and begin only after artwork approval, payment approval, and receipt of all information necessary to complete the order.
SECTION 20A – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Production times, expected ship dates, transit times, delivery dates, and arrival dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed in writing by MyTableCovers.com.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, MyTableCovers.com shall not be responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather events, labor shortages, transportation interruptions, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Expedited shipping services accelerate the applicable carrier service but do not constitute a guarantee by MyTableCovers.com that an order will arrive by a particular date unless expressly guaranteed in writing by MyTableCovers.com.
MyTableCovers.com shall not be liable for missed events, lost profits, event costs, replacement purchases, travel expenses, sponsorship obligations, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed deliveries, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 20B – FORCE MAJEURE
MyTableCovers.com shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, material shortages, supplier failures, customs delays, government actions, utility outages, pandemics, cyberattacks, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or similar events.
Such events do not automatically entitle the customer to cancel an order or receive a refund after production has begun, subject to applicable law and the Refund, Return & Shipping Policy.
SECTION 21 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any order, product, or service provided by MyTableCovers.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the applicable arbitration rules.
The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator or required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to eliminate any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

SECTION 24 – SMALL ORDER FEE
We have no minimum order requirements. However, some orders of one (1) to three (3) pieces may include a 20% fee to cover additional setup and production costs.
