This website is operated by MyTableCovers.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MyTableCovers.com. MyTableCovers.com offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission over networks.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time without obligation to update information.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, services, pricing, or content at any time.

SECTION 4A – PRICING, PROMOTIONS, AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all pricing, product information, promotions, discounts, coupons, and special offers are accurate and current. However, errors may occur.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by MyTableCovers.com.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order if:

• A pricing error exists
• Incorrect product information is displayed
• An unauthorized, expired, or invalid promotion has been applied
• Product information contains typographical, administrative, technical, or publishing errors
• The order cannot be fulfilled as submitted

If an order is canceled due to a pricing or publishing error, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted only after review and confirmation by MyTableCovers.com.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be subject to quantity limitations.

Colors displayed on screens may differ from final printed products.

Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

SECTION 5A – ARTWORK AND PROOF APPROVALS

All custom orders require approval of digital proofs prior to production.

By approving a proof, the customer accepts responsibility for all visible elements, including layout, spelling, grammar, colors, graphics, sizing, and placement.

Once a proof is approved, MyTableCovers.com shall not be liable for any errors or omissions visible on the approved proof.

SECTION 5B – ART CHANGES AFTER ORDER

If an order has not yet entered production, MyTableCovers.com will make reasonable efforts to accommodate artwork change requests. Artwork changes may result in additional production time, additional charges, or both.

For purposes of these Terms, production shall be deemed to begin when an order is released internally for manufacturing, printing, cutting, sewing, fabrication, finishing, assembly, packaging, or any other production-related process, as determined by MyTableCovers.com.

Once an order has entered production, artwork changes are no longer possible and the order may not be canceled.

All cancellations shall be governed exclusively by the Refund, Return & Shipping Policy in effect at the time of the order.

SECTION 5C – CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

All products are custom manufactured and may be subject to reasonable production variations.

Minor variations in color, size, placement, alignment, sewing, finishing, material texture, and overall appearance are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and shall not be considered defects.

Customers acknowledge and accept these inherent manufacturing variations.

SECTION 5D – CUSTOMER ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customers represent and warrant that they possess all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to use submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, and other materials.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTableCovers.com from claims arising from customer-supplied content.

SECTION 5E – LOGO ARTWORK POLICY

Customer-provided logos, trademarks, and brand assets will be reproduced substantially as supplied and approved. To preserve brand integrity, MyTableCovers.com does not modify, recolor, redraw, vectorize, recreate, or otherwise alter customer-provided logos unless the customer expressly requests such modifications in writing and MyTableCovers.com agrees to perform them.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by the customer, all logos will be produced using the original artwork, colors, and design elements contained in the files provided. MyTableCovers.com shall not be responsible for color inconsistencies, quality limitations, or other characteristics resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Customers agree to provide complete, current, and accurate billing and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, or services.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS

Feedback, suggestions, and submissions may be used by MyTableCovers.com without restriction or compensation.

SECTION 10 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if necessary.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive activities.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except as expressly stated by MyTableCovers.com in writing, all products, services, content, and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTableCovers.com's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to any order, product, service, transaction, claim, dispute, or customer relationship shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall MyTableCovers.com be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including but not limited to missed events, lost business opportunities, sponsorship obligations, travel expenses, replacement purchases, venue costs, advertising expenses, or similar losses.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTableCovers.com and its affiliates from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

We may terminate access to the Site or Services if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Site and Services.

SECTION 17A – INCORPORATED POLICIES

The Refund, Return & Shipping Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, artwork approval requirements, production guidelines, and any additional policies published on the Site are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the agreement between the customer and MyTableCovers.com.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any incorporated policy, the provision providing the greatest protection to MyTableCovers.com shall control to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

SECTION 20 – PRODUCTION TIMES INFORMATION

Promotional Products: Typically 3–6 business days.

Apparel and Uniforms: Typically 10–12 business days.

Production times are estimates only and begin after artwork approval, payment approval, and receipt of all required information.

SECTION 20A – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Production times, ship dates, transit times, and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, MyTableCovers.com shall not be responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather events, labor shortages, transportation interruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Expedited shipping services accelerate transit time but do not guarantee a delivery date unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

MyTableCovers.com shall not be liable for missed events, lost profits, event costs, replacement purchases, or other losses arising from delayed deliveries.

SECTION 20B – FORCE MAJEURE

MyTableCovers.com shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, material shortages, supplier failures, customs delays, government actions, utility outages, pandemics, cyberattacks, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, and similar events.

SECTION 21 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, any order, product, or service provided by MyTableCovers.com shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, USA.

Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

SECTION 24 – SMALL ORDER FEE

We have no minimum order requirements. However, some orders of one (1) to three (3) pieces may include a 20% fee to cover additional setup and production costs.
