REFUND, RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

Small Order Fee (1–3 pcs)
We have no minimum order requirements. However, orders of one (1) to three (3) pieces may include a 20% fee to cover additional setup and production costs.
Pricing Errors
MyTableCovers.com reserves the right to cancel, refuse, correct, or modify any order containing pricing errors, typographical errors, calculation errors, incorrect product information, unauthorized discounts, system errors, or promotional errors, whether identified before or after order placement.
In the event of a pricing or product information error, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to approve the corrected information before the order proceeds.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if requested in writing before production begins.
For purposes of this Policy, production shall be deemed to begin when an order is released internally for manufacturing, printing, cutting, sewing, fabrication, finishing, assembly, packaging, or any other production-related process, as determined by MyTableCovers.com.
Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Production timelines begin only after artwork approval, payment approval, and receipt of all information necessary to complete the order.
Delays in production schedules, material availability, supplier performance, shipping transit, customs processing, carrier operations, production capacity, force majeure events, or other circumstances shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, refusal of payment, or rejection of custom-manufactured goods.
Any event date, tournament date, trade show date, in-hands date, delivery deadline, or other requested timeline provided by the customer shall be considered informational only unless expressly accepted and guaranteed by MyTableCovers.com in writing.
Rush production services and expedited shipping methods are intended to accelerate production or transit times but do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly confirmed in writing by MyTableCovers.com.
If you choose to cancel your order before production begins and keep the amount as store credit for a future purchase, the full value of the order will be issued as credit.
If you choose to cancel your order before production begins and request a refund to the original payment method, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
Returns
Because all products are custom-printed and manufactured to customer specifications, they are final sale and non-returnable.
All products manufactured by MyTableCovers.com are custom-made specifically for the customer and generally have limited or no resale value to third parties. Accordingly, such products are not eligible for return, cancellation, exchange, or refund except as expressly provided in this Policy.
No return authorization shall be valid unless approved in writing by MyTableCovers.com.
To ensure accuracy, a digital proof will be provided and must be approved before production.
Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of all visible elements of the design and authorizes MyTableCovers.com to proceed with production.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only when a return is approved due to a confirmed production defect or order error caused by MyTableCovers.com.
Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, customer-supplied errors, customer-approved artwork, missed events, delayed deliveries, or circumstances beyond MyTableCovers.com's reasonable control.
Customer-Approved Artwork
MyTableCovers.com is not responsible for errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, color selections, artwork placement, sizing selections, or other details visible on and approved in the final proof.
Customers represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights and permissions to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, designs, or other materials submitted for production.
Production Errors or Defects
For confirmed manufacturing defects or production errors, MyTableCovers.com may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Customers must inspect products promptly upon delivery and notify MyTableCovers.com in writing of any alleged manufacturing defect within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Failure to provide timely notice shall constitute acceptance of the product.
Customer agrees to provide MyTableCovers.com with a reasonable opportunity to investigate, inspect, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve any alleged production defect, manufacturing error, fulfillment issue, or customer concern before seeking a refund, initiating a chargeback, commencing legal action, or pursuing any other remedy.
Failure to provide such opportunity may be considered in evaluating any claim, dispute, refund request, or chargeback.
The remedies described above constitute the customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any manufacturing defect, production error, or product-related claim.
Color Matching Notice
Products are printed in CMYK. PMS Coated colors may be used as a reference, but exact color matches are not guaranteed.
Manufacturing Tolerances
Minor variations in color, size, placement, sewing, finishing, alignment, fabric texture, and overall appearance are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and shall not be considered defects.
Shipping Issues
MyTableCovers.com shall not be liable for delays arising from production scheduling, production capacity, material shortages, supplier delays, labor shortages, customs processing, transportation interruptions, carrier performance, weather conditions, government actions, force majeure events, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Any estimated production date, ship date, transit date, delivery date, or arrival date provided by MyTableCovers.com is an estimate only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
MyTableCovers.com shall not be responsible for missed events, lost profits, replacement purchases, travel expenses, sponsorship obligations, venue costs, consequential damages, incidental damages, or other losses arising from production or delivery delays.
Refusal of delivery, failure to accept delivery, abandonment of a shipment, or failure to retrieve a shipment shall not constitute cancellation of the order and shall not entitle the customer to a refund.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, import fees, and other government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
Any chargeback submitted for a custom product after proof approval may be contested using approved artwork proofs, production records, shipping records, tracking information, customer communications, and other documentation supporting fulfillment of the order.
Submission of a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim shall not cancel the customer's payment obligations for products that have been produced, shipped, delivered, or otherwise fulfilled.
MyTableCovers.com reserves the right to provide order records, approved proofs, production records, shipment records, customer communications, and other supporting documentation in response to any payment dispute.
Any chargeback fees, bank fees, collection costs, legal fees, or related expenses incurred as a result of an unsuccessful or unjustified chargeback may be recovered from the customer to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTableCovers.com's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to any order, product, service, transaction, claim, dispute, or customer relationship shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall MyTableCovers.com be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
